I will book again

The staff was very friendly and helpful. English was ok after the stop being shy and afraid to speak. The food was good and the prices good. Breakfast was a small buffet help yourself which was included in the price.

Next time I will take the next level of room as the room I had was ok but old in many ways

We had fun despite the somewhat improvable state of the accomodation

The location was ok, near to the beach.

We rented two houses for a single-night stay of 10 persons. The buildings were not very clean when we arrived, After discussion with the lady at the reception, two people came and cleaned up a little. We were told that the houses in the resort are usually not cleaned; I cannot judge whether this is fully normal, but I am not used to this. The houses we rented were both somewhat worn out (somewhat different from the photos on the website). According to the confirmation mail, we rented two 'Strandhaus', which is a house at the beach. However, there were other houses between the rented ones and the beach. Not sure, whether this is somehow covered by the definition of 'Strandhaus', but I expected buildings directly at the beach. So far for the bad side. We paid 4100 Baht, which is not very expensive, and we had fun in our time in Cha-Am. The beds hat clean new sheets and we could sleep reasonably well in them. All sleeping rooms had working air-conditions. Thus, if you can accept a low level of cleanliness and worn out furniture and buildings, then this may be for you; if not, then look somewhere else. The location of the houses was not so bad, ~50 meters (or so) from the beach.

good with a bad beach

stayed one night, hotel is old but there were no spider nets in a room, bedsheets were clean, hot water, spacious room, clean toilet, soap and shampoo, a bit sandy floor, i havent use the pool but many kids did, parking in front of the house,

no hairdryer on reception, beach is wide but water looks durty, sunbeds only near the pool

Location it's on a really nice beach and in Nice gardens.

Hotel is looking dated and needs a lot of upkeep. The emergency lighting came on during a storm and no one came to sort it out. I managed to reset everything myself.

Old but has potential with a bit more effort.

This was a beautiful old resort, nice beach, interesting lagoon. What was good was that it was very, very quiet and you could walk a long way. There were lots of small shells, we even saw a porcupine fish although unfortunately it was dead. The bed was the most comfortable that I've had throughout Vietnam and Thailand. Staff did anything you asked of them and were happy to please, but they had to be asked. Despite its flaws, we did enjoy our stay.

The resort has not been kept up, peeling paint, bathroom drain covers missing, remote control for air conditioner worked once then did not, staff changed batteries, however they were not new and also worked once. However, I could turn it off and on manually. Curtains were moldy. Staff replaced towels and toilet paper but never swept or removed garbage. Restaurant often did not have things on the menu, but in their defense, there alsomt weren't enough people to make it worth their while. Previous reviews said there were other places nearby to eat, there was only 2, via the beach, and may not accessible at high tides. You need a scooter or car to stay here any length of time. Oh, and one of the pools had 1-2 cm thick algae on much of the grout.

Schöner Pool, ruhige Lage, direkt am Meer.

Die ganze Anlage ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer sind recht gut ausgestattet und sauber, das Badezimmer ist aber in einem desolaten Zustand. Das Restaurant bietet wenig und ist überteuert (zB. ein Bier 50% teurer als in Bangkok). Ambiente fehlt. Ausser dem Pool und dem Meer gibt es hier nichts. Es ist zu weit von Restaurants entfernt. Null andere Attraktionen. Nicht einmal der Zugang zur Lagune ist möglich. Sehr schade.

„schön direkt am Wasser und guter Strand. Für Kinder schön. Sehr ruhig! Keine Party!

Es waren sehr wenig Gäste dort. Das Personal war wie immer in Thailand sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Probleme wurden sofort angenommen und erledigt.

Die Zimmer waren alt und muffig. Das Bad ziemlich schimmelig. Man konnte warm duschen, sich waschen und die Toilette benutzen. Die Klimaanlage war ok. Die Betten waren hart aber man konnte schlafen. Es gab leider keine Cafes oder Bars in der Nähe wo man gut Cafe oder ähnliches trinken konnte. Es gab nur das Resort-Restaurant bis 21 Uhr bei vielen Gästen, bei wenig Gästen bis 19 Uhr. Es war im Freien und es gab Abends immer viele Moskitos. Abends also lange Hose anziehen! :-) das nächste Cafe war so ca. 1,5 km entfernt. Am besten mieten Sie sich dafür ein Mopet.

Sehr ruhige Lage leider sehr weit vom Zentrum Cha-am entfernt ca.8km und Taxis sehr schwer zu bekommen um in die Stadt zu kommen Die Anlage und die Zimmer sind sehr alt müsste Stück für Stück Renoviert werden aber preis Leistung sehr gut
